4 Steps to Go Live
Open @BotFather on Telegram
In Telegram, search @BotFather → start chat →
send /newbot. BotFather will ask for a name and
username.
Choose a name and username
Display name (e.g. Dental Smile Support) + username ending in bot (e.g. DentalSmileBot). Must be unique across Telegram.
Copy the API token
BotFather sends a token like:
1234567890:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrSTUvwxYZ
Copy it — you'll paste it in SLAtech Admin next.
Connect in SLAtech Admin
Go to app.slatech.ai → Sites → your site → Telegram Bot → paste the token → click Connect.
Your bot goes live immediately.
