Straightforward terms for a straightforward product. No legalese traps, no hidden clauses.
The Service
SLAtech Business is a self-serve B2B SaaS platform that indexes your website content using AI and deploys a conversational chat widget for your visitors.
You access the Service via a web-based admin panel and a JavaScript embed snippet.
The Service is provided strictly as software — not as consulting, custom development, or a managed service. SLAtech does not provide content strategy, bot training, or ongoing configuration as part of any subscription.
Your Account
You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be 18+ and authorized to represent your organization.
Billing
Subscriptions are monthly or annual. Billing starts on signup. Annual plans are charged upfront.
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. They handle all billing, invoicing, and global tax compliance on our behalf. The provider name appears on your statement as the billing entity — this is normal and expected.
Overage applies when you exceed your monthly query limit — rates are shown on the Pricing page. You get an email warning at 80%. Prices are in USD, taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Annual subscribers receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before the charge date.
For billing disputes, contact info@slatech.ai and we will coordinate resolution.
Free Trial
14 days, no credit card required. Trial ends → account suspends unless you pick a plan.
What You Cannot Do
No illegal content. No scraping our infrastructure. No reselling without permission (Agency plan is the exception).
We can suspend without notice for violations.
Your Content
You own your content. We process it only to run the Service.
Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, measured as availability of the query API endpoint. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email.
Support response times by plan:
- Starter: email support, within 2 business days
- Growth: email support, within 1 business day
- Business: priority email, within 4 business hours
- Agency: dedicated account manager, within 2 business hours
All incidents are logged and communicated to affected customers.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability = fees paid in the last 3 months.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Data kept 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. We can terminate for Terms violations.
Governing Law
Laws of the State of Israel. Courts of Tel Aviv.
White-Label (Agency)
Agency plan subscribers may remove SLAtech branding and deploy the Service under their own brand.
You remain responsible for ensuring your end-clients comply with these Terms. You may not represent SLAtech Business as your own proprietary technology to investors or acquirers.
