In Admin Sites your site Ingestion enter your sitemap URL or homepage URL click Crawl.
We scan and index all your pages automatically.
Add PDFs and documents
Go to Private Knowledge Upload File. Supports PDF, DOCX, TXT. Great for price lists, manuals, internal FAQs and product specs.
Add manual text
Go to Private Knowledge Add Text. Type or paste any content - operating hours, policies, custom Q&A pairs. Instant indexing, no crawling needed.
Enable auto-sync
Go to Sites your site Settings enable Auto-sync. Your assistant re-crawls your site daily and picks up new or updated content automatically.

Add common questions as Private Knowledge in Q&A format. Direct Q&A gives the most accurate assistant answers.
Remove outdated pages
After a redesign, delete old indexed documents in the Documents page. Outdated content confuses the assistant.
Use Private Knowledge for edge cases
When the assistant gives a wrong answer, add the correct answer as Private Knowledge with High Priority enabled.
