We stand behind our product. If SLAtech Business is not the right fit, we make it easy to cancel and — where eligible — to get your money back.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support. Access continues until end of current billing period. No penalties.
Monthly Plans
If SLAtech Business is not the right fit within 14 days, email us at info@slatech.ai. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No forms, no arguments, no conditions beyond the usage threshold.
“Material use” means: more than 50 queries processed, more than 100 pages indexed, or active widget deployed on a live website.
If you are unsure whether your usage qualifies, just ask — we will make a fair call.
After 14 days — no refunds for partial periods.
Annual Plans
We understand that annual commitments are significant. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual payment, we will refund the pro-rata amount for all unused complete months.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After 30 days — non-refundable.

No charge, no refund applicable. 14 days to explore the full product.
No Refund Cases
Material use after purchase. Terms violation. Request after refund window. Overage charges already incurred.
How to Request
Email info@slatech.ai with subject “Refund Request”. Include your account email and billing date. We respond within 3 business days.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review edge cases individually — significant outages, billing errors, or other circumstances outside this policy. Contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution.
