Configure your lead email
In Admin → Widget Settings → Lead Email — enter the address where you want to receive lead notifications.

How leads are captured
When a visitor's question isn't answered confidently, the widget shows a contact form asking for name and email. The lead is saved to your Pipeline automatically.
Approve and onboard
You receive an email with the lead details and a one-click Approve button. Click it — the client receives a setup email to create their password.
Manage in Pipeline
Go to Admin → Leads → Pipeline to see all leads. Filter by status: New, Approved, Rejected. View full chat history for each lead.
