Crawl your website automatically
In Admin → Sites → your site → Ingestion → enter your sitemap URL or homepage URL → click Crawl.

Add PDFs and documents
Go to Private Knowledge → Upload File. Supports PDF, DOCX, TXT. Great for price lists, manuals, internal FAQs and product specs.
Add manual text
Go to Private Knowledge → Add Text. Type or paste any content — operating hours, policies, custom Q&A pairs. Instant indexing, no crawling needed.
Enable auto-sync
Go to Sites → your site → Settings → enable Auto-sync. Your bot re-crawls your site daily and picks up new or updated content automatically.
