Russian AI chatbot

An AI chatbot for your website that answers your customers in Russian

Many customers of businesses in Israel read Russian more easily than Hebrew, and some of them will not ask a question in Hebrew at all. SLAtech AI answers them in Russian, from the content of your own website - even when that website exists only in Hebrew or English - and answers everyone else in their language on the same site.

Russian answers from Hebrew or English pages

The answer follows the language of the question: Cyrillic letters get a Russian answer. The facts come from your website whatever language it is written in, so you do not have to translate the site first. When the site has enough pages in Russian, those are preferred as sources. An answer that comes out in the wrong language is not shown; a fixed message in Russian replaces it. What the assistant cannot find in your content, it does not make up - it says so and offers to pass the question to a person.

A Russian interface, not only a Russian reply

For a Russian-speaking visitor the whole widget is in Russian: the buttons, the input field, the contact form, the card that offers a person and the messages around a handover to your staff. The welcome message and the other texts you write can stay in English; they are translated into Russian and Hebrew automatically and stored. Your staff can use the admin panel in Russian too - the choice is saved per person.

Hebrew, Russian and English visitors on one site

One site, one snippet, three languages. Each visitor gets the language they wrote in, with the right direction: right to left for Hebrew, left to right for Russian and English. The widget first takes the visitor's own choice in its language switcher, then the page's declared language, the script of the page, the site setting and the browser's language. The switcher in the widget header changes the language at any moment and remembers it.

Details that matter for Russian speakers in Israel

With identifier masking switched on, both Israeli phone numbers and Russian ones in the +7 format are recognised, as are Israeli ID numbers, checked by their control digit. If your audience is entirely Russian-speaking, you can fix Russian as the language of every answer in the widget settings instead of detecting it per question.

Frequently asked questions

Can the chatbot answer in Russian if my site is only in Hebrew?

Yes. The answer follows the language of the question, and facts from your Hebrew pages are given in Russian. You do not need a Russian version of the site for that.

How does it know a visitor wants Russian?

From the language of the question - Cyrillic gets Russian. The widget's own interface takes the visitor's choice in the switcher first, then the page's language, the script of the page, the site setting and the browser.

Can my staff use the admin panel in Russian?

Yes. The admin panel is available in Russian, Hebrew and English, and each person's choice is saved to their account.

Does it handle Hebrew, Russian and English visitors on the same site?

Yes. Each visitor is answered in the language they wrote in, and the widget switches between right to left and left to right accordingly.

How much does it cost?

There is a free plan with no credit card, and paid plans start at $49 a month. The current limits of each plan are on the pricing page.
