📵

The call you cannot take

On a job, under a sink, up a ladder. The enquiry goes to whoever answers, and that is rarely the better tradesperson.

📍

Do you cover my area

Asked before anything else, answered dozens of times a week, and the answer has not changed in two years.

🧮

Quotes with nothing to quote on

A message saying the shower leaks. No photo, no address, no idea whether it is a washer or a rebuild.

What You Get

📞

Answers while you work

Coverage, callout terms, what you do and do not take on, handled without you putting down a tool.

🗒️

Enough detail to price

What is wrong, where, how old the installation is, how urgent it is and how to reach them, collected before it reaches your phone.

🚨

Urgent separated from routine

An escaping-water message and a request for a quote next month should not arrive looking the same. The urgent words route straight to you.

🌐

Three languages, one number

English, Hebrew and Russian, which in domestic work is simply what the doorbell sounds like.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it book the job in my diary?
Yes, once you connect a calendar. Booking into a Google or Microsoft calendar is built, and the assistant then offers times out of your real availability instead of guessing at them. Until a calendar is connected it collects the times that suit the customer and sends them to you, which is still the part that was costing you the evening.
What happens with an emergency?
It should stop and give your emergency number, and you set which words trigger that. Water running, gas smell, anything electrical and anything involving a vulnerable person do not belong in a text conversation, and an assistant that tries to triage them is a liability rather than a help.
Do I need a website for this?
No. The assistant can be reached through a messaging channel as well as a site, so a trade with a page on someone else's directory and no site of its own can still use it.
Will it quote a price?
Only if you publish rates and switch that on, and for most trades the honest answer is not to. A callout fee is quotable; a leak is not quotable without seeing it, and a number given in a chat is a number the customer will hold you to on the doorstep.
