Volume that is mostly not a match

A popular vacancy draws applications from people who did not read the requirements. Reading them anyway is the consultant's afternoon.

❓

Six questions per vacancy

Is it remote, what does it pay, is sponsorship available, how long is the process, who is the client, when do you reply.

🔒

Candidate data in too many places

A CV in an inbox, notes in a spreadsheet, a phone number in a message thread. Every copy is something you have to account for.

What You Get

✅

Screening against stated criteria

The requirements you published become the questions asked, so a candidate learns they are not eligible in the conversation rather than three weeks later.

📝

Process questions answered once

Stages, timescales, what happens after an interview, when to expect a reply, taken from your own candidate material.

🛡️

Identifiers kept out of the index

Identifiers in a conversation are replaced with tokens before the text is stored for search, so the searchable copy does not carry them.

🌐

Candidates in three languages

English, Hebrew and Russian, which for a market with this much movement is the difference between a candidate applying and leaving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it decide who gets rejected?
No. It asks the eligibility questions you wrote down and reports the answers; a person decides. Automated rejection is a legal and reputational exposure you do not want delegated, and the assistant is not the place to put that decision.
How is candidate data handled?
Identifiers found in a conversation are replaced with tokens before the text is stored for search, with the originals held encrypted and reversible by you. One honest limit: names are not detected by this, so treat a name as data that reaches storage and set your retention accordingly.
Will it answer what a role pays?
Only if you publish it and switch price answers on. Many agencies deliberately keep a range out of the first conversation, and the setting that controls whether the assistant states figures is per site and off by default.
Can it tell a candidate who the client is?
Only what your own material discloses. Confidential vacancies are the normal case in this industry, so the rule has to be set in the documents the assistant reads: if the client name is not in there, it has nothing to leak.
