Sound Familiar?

Bot Says 'I Don't Know'

Every fallback is a lost lead and a data point you're ignoring. The same unanswered question comes up twenty times a week until somebody fixes it.

🔍

Manual Gap Research

Reading logs, identifying recurring themes and writing answers by hand is a Friday-afternoon job that never quite happens. Gaps compound.

💸

Missed Revenue

If your bot can't answer 'do you ship to Eilat?' and the visitor leaves — that's a sale. A single missing Q&A can cost more than a month of platform fees.

What You Get

📅

Weekly Scan

Every Monday the system analyses the previous week's unresolved queries and clusters them by topic.

🤖

GPT-4o Suggests Answers

For each cluster, GPT-4o proposes an answer grounded in your existing content. Drafts — not auto-publishes.

👆

One-Click Approve

Admin reviews, edits if needed, and approves with one click. The answer moves to your Private Knowledge base.

💾

Saves to Private Knowledge

Approved answers sit in the Private Knowledge layer and bypass RAG — next visitor asking the same question gets the exact answer, instantly.

📧

Weekly Digest Email

Admin gets a single email every Monday with the new suggestions and a one-click link to review. No dashboard-hunting required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I auto-publish suggestions without review?
No, by design. Unreviewed AI answers are a liability risk, especially for clinics and regulated verticals. The review step is one click and usually takes 30 seconds — the friction is worth it.
How does it cluster similar questions?
Embeddings + a lightweight clustering pass. Ten variations of 'do you ship abroad?' collapse into one suggestion, so you're not approving the same answer five times.
What if the suggested answer is wrong?
Edit it before approving — the review screen is a full editor. You can also reject and the question goes back into the queue. Repeated rejections on the same cluster flag it for admin attention.
Will this make the bot hallucinate?
Suggestions are grounded in your existing content whenever possible. When the source material doesn't contain an answer, the suggestion is flagged as 'external' and you're prompted to provide the canonical answer yourself.
Does it work for Hebrew and Russian questions?
Yes. Clustering is language-aware, so Hebrew and Russian questions cluster separately and suggestions are drafted in the same language as the original questions.
