Knowledge content portability

Customer-uploaded knowledge (FAQ pairs, articles, source documents) хранится в Markdown / plain text / JSON — открытых форматах без vendor-proprietary encoding. Export endpoint: /api/v1/knowledge/export returns ZIP архив с per-document Markdown + manifest.json, describing corpus. Re-importable в Chatbase, Tidio Lyro, ManyChat или любую platform, принимающую Markdown / JSON ingest.

Conversation history portability

Каждый разговор logged с full context: visitor message, retrieval chunks, LLM response, citation snippets, confidence scores. Export endpoint: /api/v1/conversations/export returns JSONL — один разговор на line. Standard schema documented на /ru/api-docs/. Re-importable как training set, business intelligence feed, или compliance audit corpus.

Lead-capture record portability

Captured lead'ы (name, email, phone, intent_summary, captured_at, custom fields) exportable как CSV / JSON. Per-lead UTM tracking сохранён. CRM webhook configuration (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive / generic JSON-POST) documented отдельно, чтобы клиент мог reconnect к своему CRM после switching.

Audit log portability

13-месячный audit log всех admin actions (login, role change, configuration change, data export). Exportable как CSV или JSON через /api/v1/audit/export. Schema documented на /ru/api-docs/. Compliance-friendly формат, подходящий для SOC 2 evidence collection и GDPR Article 30 records.

Configuration portability

Tenant configuration (channels enabled, intent rules, brand colours, system prompts, integrations, eval thresholds) exportable как single JSON file через /api/v1/config/export. Re-importable в fresh SLAtech tenant. Не может directly import к other vendors но serves как replication blueprint.

Contract continuity clause

Стандартный MSA includes continuity clause: SLAtech provides 30-day notice для material price increases. На termination by either party, 90-day data-export window. Survival customer data-portability rights через bankruptcy, acquisition или solvency events.

Cancellation procedure

Termination for convenience с 30 days notice. No early-termination fees на standard tiers. Enterprise contracts subject к individual MSA terms. Cancellation request через admin platform's Settings → Account → Cancel или через [email protected]. Confirmation email в течение 24 часов.

Data deletion после termination

После 90-day export window, все клиентские данные permanently deleted from production в течение 7 days. Backup purge follows в течение 35 additional days (per backup-retention policy). Deletion certificate available on request. Нет клиентских данных persists в archives после 35-day backup-purge window.

Почему это сильнее commitment, чем typical SaaS

Most SaaS contracts provide data-export option, но encode tenant content в vendor-proprietary форматах. Once вы switch vendors вы face 3-6 month re-engineering cost. SLAtech ships данные в открытых форматах (Markdown / JSON / JSONL / CSV), так switching cost incremental, не foundational. Клиенты никогда не должны feel locked-in.
